How to Book Tour Packages

A complete guide from login to the end of your journey — easy, fast, and secure.

Create an Account or Sign In with Google

Click the "Login" button at the top right, then select "Sign in with Google". The process takes only a few seconds — no long forms or new passwords needed.

Your Google account will be linked as your Goes Bali Travel profile. Your name and email are filled in automatically.

Choose a Package

Browse and Choose a Tour Package

Open the tour packages page and choose the most suitable package. You can filter by category, duration, or use the search bar.

Each package shows complete details: day-by-day itinerary, price, what's included and excluded, and reviews from past travelers.

Look for the Promo or Popular badge on package cards — it means there's a special offer or high demand.

Choose Date & Vehicle

Select Travel Date and Vehicle Type

Select your departure date from the availability calendar. Green dates are available; red or full dates mean all drivers are booked — choose another date.

Then choose the vehicle type that fits your group. Each type shows its maximum passenger capacity and a different price.

Choose a vehicle with slightly more capacity if your group has a lot of luggage — so the journey stays comfortable.

Fill in Details & Promo Code

Fill in Contact Details and Pickup Location

Fill in the required pickup details:

Number of adult guests — confirm the number of participants
Hotel name or pickup location — enter manually or use GPS
Pickup time — what time the driver will pick you up
Referral Code (optional) — enter a promo code to get a discount

Have a referral code? Make sure to enter it before confirming — codes cannot be added after the booking is placed.

Select Payment Method

Pay Deposit or Pay in Full

On the confirmation page, choose your payment method:

Pay in Full

Pay the full amount now and your booking is immediately confirmed.

Pay Deposit

Pay part now, settle the rest before your departure date.

Complete payment via Midtrans: bank transfer, credit/debit card, GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, or convenience stores.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking. After that, the booking will expire automatically.

Confirmation

Receive Confirmation & Invoice

After payment succeeds, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice to your registered Gmail. The invoice can be downloaded anytime from the My Profile.

If you pay a deposit, you will receive a settlement reminder notification before the deadline.

Day of Trip

Enjoy the Journey with Your Driver

Check the booking status page to see your assigned driver's details — name, vehicle type, and WhatsApp number. You can contact the driver directly to confirm the pickup point.

The driver will pick you up at the location you provided. Be ready 10–15 minutes before the agreed pickup time.

Done

Leave a Review and Level Up

After the trip ends and the booking status is set to Completed, you can leave:

Package review — rating and comments for the tour package you experienced
Driver review — rating and feedback for the driver who took you

Every completed paid booking also levels up your membership (Bronze → Silver → Gold) with exclusive benefits.

1 booking = Bronze, 3 bookings = Silver, 7 bookings = Gold. The higher your level, the more benefits you get!
